Herb Walk Workshop

Most people look at the wildflowers and plants will call them weeds, they will do whatever they can to destroy it. But many of wildflowers and plants have medicinal power, our mother nature pharmacy provides the best medicine, and foods for us to use.
Medicinal Herbs are all around us! Join us and learn to identify some herbs in our area and their uses in an informal class setting followed by an herb walk in Johnson and/or Millennium Park and wrapping up our adventure with a picnic outdoors! Given by Master Herbalist Ana Maria Alegre. Bring a sack lunch, small notebook and pen, and a camera (optional).
