Room Rental Policy

  • Alternative Care Solution Wellness Center located at a convenient location, right off highway I96 on 28th SW.
  • Only few minutes from Grandville downtown,  Wyoming business district, Jenison, Standale, Hudsonville, Byron Center, Kentwood, and 10 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids.
  • We provide a clean, quiet, safe, and professional healing environment for your client and your practice.

Treatment Room Rental

Class Room Rental
Treatment room $10 for 60 minutes
Linen service $2.5 a set (2 top sheets and 1 pillowcase) (optional)
Lotion & oils $2.5 (optional)

  • Minimum room rental time is 60 minutes.
  • Treatment must be complete and room must be reset in 60 minutes.
  • If you only rent the treatment room for 60 minutes, but not able to reset the room on time.
  • After 60 minutes you will be charge $5 extra every 15 minutes.
  • The price of $10 for 60 minutes is for room rental only, this price is not include linen, lotion or oils.
  • If you need to use our linen service their will be $2.5, and $2.5 for lotion or oils extra charge.
  • Massage therapist must have valid driver license, valid massage license, malpractice professional insurance.
  • A copy of your licenses and insurance will be keep in our office.
  • All room rental payment will be paid at the end of the day.
  • Room rental payment accepted, Cash or Check only.
  • Treatment room is first come first serve.

Alternative Care Solution Wellness Center is not responsible for your advertising, the $10 fee is just for room rental only.

Cancellation Policy:
  • For massage room rental, you must contact us a minimum of 4 days (96 hours) in advance. So we can reserve a room for you.
  • Cancellations must have 48 hours written notice to cancel your treatment room rental.
  • If you cancel the room 24 hours before the date of rent, you will be charged 50%
  • You will be charge 100%, if you cancel the day of rental or no call no show.
  • All room rentals will need to be secured with a credit card.
                  60 minutes (1 hr) - $ 25
                  240 minutes (4 hrs) - $80
                  480 minutes (8 hrs) - $150

  • We will provide chair for your event
  • Approximately 410 sq.ft. space
  • 50" TV is available for your PowerPoint presentation (laptop is not available)
  • 100" projector screen available (projector not available)
  • Tea and Water (Hot or Cold) are provided for your guest
  • Minimum class room rental time is 60 minutes.

  • Please contact us minimum 31 days in advance to reserve the class room.
  • Full payment is required to confirm reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
  • To cancel your event, you must contact us a minimum 3 weeks (21 days)  before the date of event for full refund.
  • Cancellation after 3 weeks (20 days) you will be charged 50%
  • You will be charge 100%, if you cancel the 1 week (7 days) before your event.
