With over 20 years of experience in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and more than 30 years practicing Qi Gong, Raymond has dedicated his career to exploring the depths of alternative healing. He has further enriched his expertise by studying Western Herbal Medicine, Medical Acupuncture, and Medical Massage at a scientifically-based alternative school.

In 2003, Raymond achieved certification as a Medical Massage Therapist and as a Holistic Health Counselor. The following year, he earned his Diplomat Acupuncture Practitioner certification. For many years, he taught Medical Acupuncture and Chinese massage (Tui Na) at a local alternative school in Grand Rapids, Michigan. To deepen his understanding of Western medical treatments and the U.S. healthcare system, Raymond pursued further education in human anatomy and physiology, disease development, clinical nutrition, and clinical psychology.

In 2011, Raymond earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix. By 2014, he had become a certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (ADS) through the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA). He specializes in five-needle ear acupuncture, which supports recovery from addiction (including drugs, alcohol, and smoking), weight loss, detoxification, and behavioral health issues such as ADD, ADHD, stress, anxiety, and depression.

After years of learning and hands-on experience, Raymond firmly believes that education is the cornerstone of success. Many of his graduate students and colleagues encouraged him to develop a comprehensive massage program for public access. In late 2016, he successfully launched this complete massage program, which is certified by the State of Michigan.
